Oh wow, that sounds like he's getting lots of good oil. So, I'm not sure, you do use a dog shampoo right? I guess I would just try rinsing longer and see if that helps. Biogroom makes a good shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo is said to contain ingrediants that make it easier to rinse away. If you email the company, they will send you some free samples.
