I wish that I had known these symptoms before I had my heart attack although I don't remember having any advanced warnings. I was just in a very stressful job that I so happened to love!
Very important point to bring out here: If you're still working, please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and make sure that you get the short term disability insurance PLUS long term disability insurance. It could save you and your home, etc. It's very cheap to get.
Don't ever say that it can't happen to you.
If you're still smoking, you may want to SERIOUSLY think about quitting especially if you have cardiac problems in your family. Heart problems are hereditary just as is diabetes. (A little off subject but all related) |
