Yes, and I found out about the YTCA here at Yorkietalk. I had been looking for a breeder for a couple of years and I was considering several different breeds, but was unhappy with the breeders I interviewed. A yorkietalk member told me about the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America, which is the mother club for the Yorkie. I found my breeder through them and she is everything I expected in a breeder and more. I do want to say, that there are good breeders who aren't members and probably bad breeders who are members, so you still have to know what it takes to make a good breeder. Best of luck!
