I think I'm more confused than ever people! What I'm reading here on some of your posts is that Royal Canin is too high in protein At 24% and yet so many on this forum feed their babies the Innova Evo which is 42% protein!! I was going to start Muffin (7 months) on Evo because she will be out of food by Sunday. The person at the natural food store said that contrary to popular belief, the high protein does not cause liver damage in dogs. Who do I believe? Royal Canin made Muffin itch, the Wellness kibble is too big for her so what the heck should I feed her?
