I use a Choke Free Harness Ultra Easy ChokeFree & PawRider Pet Seatbelt Adapter (USA) and have no problem leaving it on Sugar for the day if need be (if we are out and about or in and out) because it wears comfortable on her and is also step in for ease of putting on and taking off.
