I take my 3 to a small dog park. This park has a section where only small dogs are allowed, and they have a great time. I would not recommend taking a yorkie to an all dog park where larger dogs are present. There is already a lot of variation in sizes at the small dog park, I wouldn't risk it in an all dog park.
