She paid $3900 with the intent of making money off of them. They are a financial investment to her. When she thought they couldn't be bred it was a "Bad situation." At the vet visit she is told they can make more puppies and everything is great again. She is in it for the money. Plain and simple. After all, no one pays $3900 with the expectations of getting "nothing at all."
