You are right, there is nothing that can be done to stop someone. However, education is key! It is the most important thing when it comes to being a responsible owner to any pet. So many on here have experience and education with this breed. A lot of people see it as being harsh, but they are trying to help educate others before they get into something they can't handle. Chachi, like myself, has been around long enough to have seen it over and over.
