It is so frustrating and worrisome when they are sick...Have you thought about trying a Holistic vet to see if there is anything you can do to help boost her immune system? In reading your post, I was thinking about a cranberry supplement if she is prone to UTI's...but I wouldn't suggest experimenting...but visiting a good holistic vet and seeing what they think. I was on the sickness/allergy roller-coaster with my schnauzer, but switching moving away from constantly treating illness/symptoms, to boosting her immune function and looking for a root cause, has meant that she in general has been much healthier than before. (Also found it to be cheaper! But of course that is only an extra benefit
