Ok, so yesterday I got to thinking......
I ventured out to my local beauty supply store - not like Sally's but just a local neighborhood beauty supply store, and OMG!!!!
There were the grooming bands in "yorkie" colors, clear, and bright rainbow colors!!! I also bought an aluminum comb and some small barretts & clips all for $7.00!!!!
I was soooo excited! I had been looking for those bands for a while, and lucked up. So, maybe try your local BSS for ideas.
