I agree but shes given reasons why it maybe isnt a good idea like her Husbands not on board and also shes moving in a couple of months but she rents now. I dont think anyone is being negative just taking the info she has given and try to give her beneficial advice. I want her to get both also but I want her to do it because she wants to and its the best decision for her not that we swayed her into it when she has doubts and its not best for her family right now
