If you find that training them is too much for you please contact a Yorkie rescue. They are experienced in training this type of abused dog. That is what this type of breeding is......abuse. A person unfamiliar with re-training a dog would not be able to deal with these sorts of problems without a lot of help.
This is a link for a belly band. You can put a sanitary napkin inside to absorb the moisture. The male cannot help what he is doing and until he is fixed you don't stand much chance of stopping him and re-training in that area. It takes a while after the neuter to get the male hormones out of the male's system. Then you may have more success.
I feel really bad that these people have gained so much money from you. It's awful that you had to learn this way. I hope you continue to read the information in the various sections of YT. The "sticky" area at the top of each forum section usually are quite informative. If you have questions please do not be afraid to ask. If you need moral support you can get that too.
