This is the first time in my life that I am having a pet, and we took him because it was a love at first sight for us. But when I see him with low energy it bothers me..
Also I forgot to mention one thing, when we first visited him, both puppies were calm. But when their mom came, all 3 started playing really well. They were jumping, friendly nipping etc..

That is a very small litter. Perhaps they had been playing before you came and were already worn out. If you saw them playing, then I wouldn't worry. You did say your vet checked him out and said he was healthy. He may have been shy with strangers. Younger puppies are not usually shy around strangers. I think it wouldn't be uncommon for them to be shy around strangers at that age.
