Hi and I would love to see Oscar with long hair. I am letting Romeo's hair grow as well. He lets me brush him several times a day and he gets a bath once a week. I actually towel dry him as much as I can and then use a regular blow dryer (high, cool settings) to finish drying him. I also give him a daily wipe down with puppy wipes or a warm towel.
