Yes maybe they do but the YTCA and studies show puppies do better at 12 weeks. Breeders who do not do what is best for there puppies or follow the YTCA might not have done health testing, might not care about the pups and just want money, and might even be a pup mill. It can set good breeders from bad breeders and we all know the problems that can come with bad breeders.
