I agree with this.
I'd be much more concerned with other symptoms, but I do think gi symptoms several days out warrants more investigation. I'm not sure why they are waiting a week to repeat the X-ray and maybe they have a good reason. But food moves through faster than that and there are bone hards in there. I'm surprised that they didn't have you come in today for an exam. I'd get confirmation that your pup is ok by another vet.
