She's exploring the world! That's how puppies learn things.
But, it's your job to make sure she doesn't put anything in her mouth that she shouldn't. Rocks and sticks are dangerous for dogs, so these are a no-no.
Teach her the "leave it" command. And until she knows it AND listens, keep her on a leash and away from flowers, etc. There are many plants and flowers that are dangerous to dogs. And dirt can contain parasites.
