I would not get more then one shot at a time because yorkie puppies are so tiny. Don't let the vet pressure you if your not comfortable with something then say so you are the one in charge of taking care of you pup and do what is best for her. When you say shots for everything do you mean Lyme and Lepto as well because I would make sure to find out if those things are in your area and if not I wouldn't get them.
