Find out what you are entitled to as far as Jude's bills. If he was overnight in the hospital I'm sure it is a lot. You are just spiting yourself to say you don't want the breeder's $. Hey, I'm sure she's happy to keep it! Are you so wealthy you can just let your anger get in the way?

Also, The breeder needs to learn that she has responsibilities to sell healthy pets. If you let her walk away from this you aren't helping anybody. So, get on google and look up puppy lemon laws for your state. If you find out she DOES owe you then you need to contact her in WRITINTG. A certified letter with delivery confirmation would be best.
