ZoE doesn't hold paws/hands with me, but when I'm holding her, she'll put her paw on my mouth & I kiss it. Then, she pulls it away, waits a few seconds, puts her paw on my mouth again & I kiss it again. She'll repeat this over & over again. She's done this since she was a puppy.
