Yes, the book is great! There are so many ways to cut down on the use of chemicals. I love the book over other ones I have because she is right to the point and gives you recipes with amounts. As you go, you can adapt them and modify them as it suits you, but when you're just starting out like I was, it was great to be told exactly what do do and how. I still refer to it all the time and enjoy reading what she has to say.
