To me, the Silky has a somewhat more down, longer, doggier face and taller head with ears placed a bit more forward on the head than the Yorkie and your dog, though, of course any breed has pet quality dogs that don't have the AKC conformation. Your baby just has a Yorkie look to me, though it is possible he is a Silky.
