This weird "thing" that Cali is going through is reversing itself in the exact order that it has aflicted her. I just pray she goes back to being completely normally. I should get an update in the morning although I don't expect much to change. They are calling a few times a day for the muscle biopsy results and are expecting it any time now. Once they get it, med adjustment will begin so we can bring her home on the appropriate stuff.
Meanwhile, I have a stressed little Mia at home. She would not let me put her in her own bed last night as she kept coming in bed with me. Finally I just gave up and let her stay in the bed with me until about 4:30am when she got in her own room/bed. I closed her gate and went back to bed. Around 6:30am she starts whining, barking, and getting anxious. I yelled for her to go night-night and she would settle down for an hour but did it again at 7:30a, 8:30a, 9:30a and then I gave up & let her in my bed. I don't know what I should do...let her sleep with me until Cali returns? What if she throws a fit when Cali gets back? Should I just try to keep things as normal as possible and put her in her room (alone)? Any advice on this would be appreciated.
Updates to come... |
So so happy to hear more good news!

I look forward to your updates. If it were me, I would let Mia in my bed. It might be comforting to her to know that she isn't alone. She is probably wondering where her sister is. Then when Cali comes home, she can sleep with her sis again... Just my 2 cents...
