My puppy has the second injection a few days ago, and it was done by a very qualified vet with over 20 - 30 years of experience in veterinary field. Different puppy reacts differently. My puppy has a pretty rough night that day after the jab, she was flatted out and when I touched her, she just cried out with pain. Thanks gawd everything was back to normal the very next morning.

You might have made a mistake, but you took her to the vet straight away, if your vet wasn't concern too much, then may be just give them a call before they closed, so you can get some peace of mind. It's just one of those things. Us owners usually react more because we all love our dogs very much. Nothing can make you feel worse than you already are by the sounds of it. Just call the vet for advise and tell them about your concern. After all, you vet would have seen more of these cases than anyone of us here.

Hope your puppy will be feeling better very soon.

edit: qualified vets have hit the nerve when doing the injection before, it caused a lot of pain, but usually will be okay. I have vet did that to my dog in the past because my dog didn't cooperate probably and he really wiggled badly. But he lived to a good age 17. so it didn't do much of a damage.
