How is she doing?
Benadryl and steroids can be given for reactions and meds can be given for pain (NOT ones that you can get over the counter though). If she starts swelling at all or has trouble breathing, it's an emergency. If she is still in pain, the vet may be willing to give you something for it. Shaking can be from hypoglycemia, but it can also be from pain.
Did you inject into the subcutaneous space between the shoulders? What angle was the needle at? If the injection was given in the right spot, there shouldn't be any long-term damage. It's a very forgiving spot for needles (unless you went sraight down, too close to the head/neck, etc.).
