This is just beyond my comprehension and I don't even know what to say to you. Your puppy needs immediate help and if you cannot give it to her she needs to be surrendered to someone that is capable of helping her. There just is no excuse for what has happened in this situation. How about calling her breeder to ask if they will take her back. If they care in the least they should be willing to save one of their puppy's lives.
