My son is a vet tech and he just finished vaccinating my litter, he said that you might have hit a nerve with the needle since you are not trained to do this, and she might be in pain because of that,if the vet checked her and she was ok, then he thinks that might be the reason, vaccines are very stressful for the puppy, so I also give them a pea size portion of nutracal for puppy it helps stabilize their sugar and energy.when they are done with the vaccines. I have one dog that had a little reaction to the Lepto vaccine, she kept scratching the area, I had to give her childrens benadryl for two days after , my vet was really puzzled because the area was a bit red but she kept scraching it, the benadryl helped a lot, i think your vet would have tell you if she needed something .. if you have any questions call them and ask before they close.. better safe than sorry..
