For the VDB, I did a peekaboo lace technique and lace insertion on Finnie's dress: Attachment 364445
And on Zhoie's dress I tried a Madiera applique (scallops) and homemade piping all over, and piping over lace on the collar. That is a piece of antique lace... I wish I had more to put around the scallops...I'll have to look again, lol: Attachment 364444
(So far, I've only used the one dress pattern...) | I love the scallops and the trim! That dress is going to be beautiful when finished and I can't wait to see it!!
