Have you tried laser theraphy?
My Rottweiler's aunt lives in California with my very good friend. Blitz has had a long successful career in Agilty. Blitz started having neck and problems with her rear end. The vet started Laser theraphy on Blitz and it helped her out greatly. We don't think she will ever do agility again but she isn't in pain anymore.
