My Vet has changed my Yorkies to Trifexis. This is a combo med for most intestinal worms, fleas, and heart worms.
Thanks,

I saw Trifexis at my vets this past weekend and ask about it. I thought they didn't recommend giving the flea and heartworm treatment at the same time.....but that was a couple of years ago, so I have a1ways separated them. But, the vet said it was safe and recommend it.

I have just purchased a 6 pack of comfortis a couple of weeks before and have some heartguard on hand....when I run out of them I will see if I want to change to Trifexis. But, most of the time I like for the product to be out awhile before I try it.

You will have to let us all know how it works for you.
