I believe that aside from mental defect, that obviously this girl perceived danger, that fear was instilled in her by some means...enough so that she did not or could not or was to afraid to protest..otherwise we wouldn't have a girl feeling raped...any sex that is forced either through fear or violence IS RAPE.
