I didn't get a chance to read all replys here yet, but if everyone is on diets, did anyone suggest, that we all take some Vitamins and mineral supplements? Although we are eating better we might not be getting essential nutrients,our bodies need.. Maybe we should consider a Multivitamin everyday as well...
