Well I am not a Momma to a boy Yorkie, but what we do is use what we call 'woo woo wipes' almost every time we see Katie Scarlett visit the pad. I get these pet wipes that are deoderizing and give her a good wipe down there. She has pretty much come to expect it now. She will go visit the pad, come find me, and give me that 'hey, a little service here' look. It keeps her smelling great! Of course, I know wiping down there a lot may not be for everyone. I am a housewife so I am around all of the time, but maybe he could be wiped down there once a day or something to help out? Or if it gets really bad, a quick butt bath. I have done that a few times. Just bath from their midriff down to freshen up.
