Ok, normally I hang around in the emergency issues area of the forums, but I have a question.....

I have 5 adults ranging in ages of 14 to 3. My 14 year old is toothless. He is thriving, but we have discovered that he loves cherrios as a snack before bedtime. he actually puts his nose in the bowl and doesn't come up until they are gone. Normally he is hand fed soft food. Does anyone have a suggestion for a commercial dog food that is the same size, shape and texture of cheerios? I have seen one in the past, I think it was Nutro puppy rice and lamb. Is it ok to just contiue the cheerio snack for a senior that we rescued and have absolutely spoiled in the 5 months that we have had him?
I posted in the emergency threads about a mauling he experienced in November. He is absoulutely recovered and thriving!
