If I know one thing about Yorkies, its that they are always plotting. My little man can be so sneaky, the second my back is turned he is doing something he knows is forbidden.
Its almost impossible to watch any dog (or child) 24/7. Having him tethered to you all day or crate confined is no way to live. You did the absolute best thing, you rushed your baby to the vet and are taking all necessary follow up steps.
