I live in an apartment building with not pet allow. Well I have been here for the past 15 yrs and 18 month ago my daughter decide to get a yorkie. To make the story short we have 2 yorkies and 1 ragdoll (5 month). The neighbors and the superident are aware of my animals. I guess I'm lucky, also in NY we have a law if you keep an animal without hiding it you can't be evicted.
