So sorry to hear about your babies health deteriorating. When I was growing up, we had a sheltie who was diagnosed with Cushings. She did not want to eat either and sadly, it wasn't long after the diagnosis was made that we ended up putting her to sleep. I don't remember too much, but I do remember trying to feed her with a syringe. I don't know what kind of pills you need to give your baby, but if you can crush them, maybe mix them up in a wet food and feed to her with a syringe. Oh, I wish you and your babies the best and will say prayers for all of you.
