Default Diabetes and Cushings Disease

Our 2 yorkies are 13 - sisters that we've had since babies. Molly does VERY well, only slight problems. But Bailey has multiple health problems. Found out yesterday she has Diabetes and Cushings disease. Am dealing with the insulin shots just fine, but having major problems with getting her to eat. Also, getting her pills down her for her heart, leg, collapsing trachea and other problems is difficult now - never was before. She won't take the pill pockets anymore. How do I hide the pills? ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we love these 2 dogs so much we are willing to go to great lengths to make their last years as good as possible.
