We traveled with our Yorkie Hope before she past away. We stayed at the La Quinta Inn. It is pet friendly and you don't have to pay a deposit or fee. The one in our town is not so nice and all the rooms open from the outside so I was alittle worried but this one was beautiful! It even had a jacuzzi. They like to keep all of the pet owners on the first floor but it isn't forced but it is nice to have the exit door that you can go in and out. They let you keep the dog in the hotel even if you aren't there (many that I called would not even let you keep a crated dog unattened) The staff was very pleasant and asked for a cell number just in case the dog barked alot so they could let you know. It was a wonderful first experience with traveling with a dog and I think it was less than a $100. |
