I can agree with you on everything you said...I am doing lots of research on Biewers and would love to be a breeder one day too but I wouldn't attempt it until I know everything there is to know about breeding and the Breed. You sound like your on the right track. Best of luck to you
p.s. we have 4 dogs 3 cats 2 parakeets and 5 fish and my husband has said after everyone of them no more animals but I always manage to get around that...lol. Your boyfriend will love them all no matter how many you get.
