I lived in a townhome for 1 yr with my ragdoll kitten and never got caught. although, it was really a pain once i think about it because everytime they had to do inspections or maintence (SP?) i had to drive her 20min to my mom's house for the day or sometimes over night. it was kind of nerve wrecking! now i own a house and it's soooooo much better!!!
