Sorry i haven' t got back till now. We have been busy. Milo is doing fine, playing like ever. I took him back to our vet for him to check him one more time. He checked his knee and said he didn't think it is his knee because he said it wasn't popping out of place. He tried to see if it would pop out and it didn't. He checked his hips and saw no signs of him being in any pain. He acted just fine. He said he would do x rays in 3 months because if he did find something that by then his growth plate would be closed. He said that the growth plates need to be closed before any surgery. He now has begin to hold that back leg up when he is standing again. The new vet said x rays now. What do i do. I really trust our old vet because we have used him for about 10 years or so. Is he telling us right about they don't need surgery until growth plates have closed?
