I don't know anything about the medical issues she's having, so hopefully you can consult a vet to find out more, which it sounds like you have in the past.

As for foods for allergy sufferers - California Natural always seems to get mostly positive reviews. Natural Balance has lots of options too. Nature's Variety has an LID line. Acana also now has a LID line sold in the US (Lamb & Apple, Chicken and Potato and Duck and Pear). Royal Canin has also some nice RX foods. I know there's more - but those are some that come to mind.

Some don't mind Iams, Cesars, etc, but I personally don't like them. I've seen lots of dogs improve when switching from a food like Iams to a food like Acana, but that's just in my small experience with dogsitting, family dogs, friends dogs, etc.
