We are going to use a cup to bathe her in the sink..until she's bigger and can go in the tub with the detachable showerhead

To make sure I have the ear part correct though...
When I bathe her, I need to put cotton balls in her ears so no water gets in, and then use an ear cleanser to clean them, right?
