Default Advice on the best food for yorkie with stomach issues

Hi, I have posted a couple times in the emergency forum about my yorkie having issues with bloody diahhrea and constant vomiting. She is three pounds and a year and half. The vet currently has her on IAMs catfish and potato, but she still has loose stool and vomiting that she swallows (shes on reglan to prevent her from vomiting). She has a vet appointment tomorrow for grooming, a fecal sample, and I feel that she is loosing weight, and has developed a severe case of separation anxiety. I used to give her purina little bites and cesar dog treats which now that Ive read more about them I feel awful that I gave her such horrible food. I have also read IAMs is not very good for them either so I would like to try something that is actually good for her. I have read Blue Buffalo is good for them and I saw they had a new basic kibble that is grain free. Can I get any advice on wether I should try grain free diet for her and which brands of dog foods are the healthiest for her.
Thanks so much! I really value any advice that can be given!

Also as of right now they think she may have food allergies or I have gotten a second opinion that suggested it may be inflammatory bowel disease. She has been vomiting frequently since december 7th? two bloody diahhreas but other then that just normal or loose stools. Shes been on IAMs since the beginning of January. Talked to three vets about her situation and waiting until after the next appointment to see a stomach specialist.
