Piper did have a pee string "woo woo string" but the problem was much worse when she did. I think because she is so low to the ground the pee string actually caused pee to dribble on her legs. I think trimming the inner hind leg hair is a good idea, Joey's groomer shaves that. I'm wonderering why the problem was worse with the "woo woo string"? Maybe the string wasn't long enough? It acts like a "wick" and the rest of the urine follows it.
