All yorkie and silky puppies are born with a little white patch on the chest that eventually dissapears, my babies still have theirs and they are 34 days old, the patch starts growing out as the puppy coat grows out.. so at 12 weeks a little white patch on the chest on the puppy hair is ok.. are you sure that the littler hair on top of the head is not the lighter tan , gold growing under the puppy coat?, some puppies look baldy when the lighter tan starts showing below the dark puppy coat..lol
