We has a house full this weekend, daughter,boyfriend,newborn, 4 yo boy,2 SIL,their husbands,2 girls,8 & 11. Plus my 2 boys and husband. We very RARELY have that many here. I was dreading this weekend because I was not sure how Allie would do. She's a barker and chaser when there are sudden movements. My boys r 14 & 16; so they don't run around the house anymore. I was pleasantly surprised at how calm and tolerant she was of all the noises and people. When she was laying in her bed in the middle of the room, I just told them to leave her alone, she was quiet and resting. When it comes to my kids and Allie, I always have their back and am aware of whats going on so no one gets hurt and aggravated. If anyone gets offended, too bad.
now house is quiet and Allie and I can let our guard down and relax!!
