I know actual cigarettes have hundreds of toxic substances in them, so how much harm can an e-cig be to one's body if it has some toxic chemicals in it.
Have you quit cigarettes? I know you said you have tried several times. I wish you luck. I've never smoked, but I know from watching the dh that it takes determination and self-discipline to stop. He has quit about 3 times for a few years apiece. I was so proud of him. Then, something very stressful happened each time and it started him back.  |
Haven't quit yet

But I have completely switched to the e-cig.
I know only one person that did not quit using the e-cig. Everyone else did end up quitting after about 2mon.
I am going to try slowing down on the nicotine strength.....still on the highest. And just slowly work down to no nicotine. keeping fingers crossed!
