Last night I posted that peawee's allergies was making his eyes red and swollen and that they were itchy. The vet gave me a cream to put on them. Today I wake up to find that Peawee has scratched all the fur off the front of his neck and he's acting like a dog on drugs. He is wigging out. Does anyone have any suggestions. I don't think its the medicine because he's had to use it several times before.
